Every bottle of Bellis Bourbon is produced in small batches and packaged inside a patented mini barrel. In 2024, our bourbon was rated 91 points and named Top Bourbon under $50 by Wine Enthusiast.

This wheated bourbon has a mellow almond aroma, which carries over to the palate alongside vanilla and flickers of cinnamon and ginger heat. The drying, spiced finish includes dehydrating grapefruit peel, hops and cedar.

About Us

Colin Santacroce is a veteran of two combat tours to Afghanistan in the United States Army. As a scholarship recipient to Syracuse University, Colin tended bar and quickly realized that customers appreciate bourbon with a smooth finish, but few brands could consistently deliver such a product.

Mike Bellis works for a Fortune 500 company in the financial services industry. Mike’s business experience helped turn Colin’s dream of an innovative bourbon product into the reality that is Bellis Bourbon.
